Our systems are based on MainTrack's Airline Blueprint. The blueprint covers all dimensions of the airline business architecture. The blueprint consists of 4 main domains:

• The outside world that interacts with the airline, such as customers and suppliers.
• The channels that are used for interaction between the airline and the outside world, like the internet, kiosks, sms and so on.
• The functional domain of the airline, including its sub-domains, like, Booking & Reservations, Revenue Management, MRO (Engineering and Maintenance), Aircraft and Crew Scheduling, Flight Operations, and Customer Management.
• The IT Infrastructure and operation domain, to include the hardware, network, software tools, run-time and operations software.

On top of this, MainTrack works with a number of smaller partners to deliver add-on-services that further allow us to differentiate us from our competition. These services include FOQA, Quality Assurance and Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).

Rather than "reinvent the wheel", we have gone to the market and selected a number of proven solutions to offer in our ASP portfolio. We have also selected a professional IT outsourcer for hosting, based in Europe.
